/ How we work
Async-first, document everything, ship often, review kindly.
We're a distributed team across 14 time zones. Decisions are made in writing, asynchronously, with full context. We default to overcommunication. If a decision matters, it gets a doc.
Code review is thorough but kind. We explain reasoning, not just what to fix. Every pull request is an opportunity to teach something.
We ship constantly — most engineers deploy to production multiple times a week. Feature flags and canary deployments mean we can move fast without breaking things for customers.
We do a company offsite twice a year (January and August) for planning, team building, and creative thinking. We also host an internal engineering conference where teams demo the things they've been building.
The engineering blog is published weekly. We write about the hard problems we're solving — inference optimisation, distributed systems, agent reliability. If you want to read more, visit our blog.
