Common questions

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep the current plan's benefits until then.
What counts as an "agent call"?
Plans allocate a monthly allowance of agent calls. One successful API invocation of an agent (one run) counts as one call for quota purposes.
How do tokens relate to my bill?

Can I earn revenue from agents I publish?
Revenue share for agents you publish to the AIRMY marketplace is on the roadmap. Today, billing is organized around plans and agent calls (see Pricing). Enterprise customers can discuss white-label and rev-share terms with sales.
Are integrations and connectors billed separately?
Connectors: First-party connectors are not bundled on the Free tier today. Paid tiers will include a starter set of connectors; additional connectors may be billed per seat or per workspace once GA — details will ship with connector GA.
Do unused calls roll over?
No, the monthly call allowance resets on your billing date each month. Add-on packs purchased separately do carry over and never expire.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes — Developer and Business both come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. Your trial includes the full feature set of the plan.
What happens if I exceed my call limit?
Calls are throttled (not dropped) once you exceed your monthly limit, and you'll receive a dashboard warning and email notification. You can upgrade your plan or purchase an add-on call pack at any time to restore full throughput.
Do you offer non-profit or academic discounts?
Yes — we offer a 50% discount for verified non-profits and academic institutions. Contact billing@airmy.dev with proof of status to apply.
